Therapy with Laili

A mind-body-heart approach to support clients in healing, self-discovery, and creating more authentic, empowered lives.
About me
I’m Laili Beheshti (she/her), a bilingual (English/Farsi) Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Orange County, CA. As a daughter of Iranian immigrants, I value storytelling’s power in shaping identity and preserving culture. This understanding forms the core of my practice, where I invite clients to explore the stories they carry about themselves and their lives.
At the heart of my approach is an integrative model that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Informed by Eastern philosophies, I recognize that our physical, emotional, and mental states are intricately linked, and that balance or imbalance in one area can influence the others. As an Ayurvedic practitioner, I bring this understanding into therapy, recognizing how your unique constitution, energy, and bodily responses inform your emotional and mental patterns.
Whether you're looking to refine, rewrite, or rediscover your story, I am honored to support you along the way.
As a relational therapist, I believe trust is at the core of any relationship, whether it be personal or interpersonal. If you are looking to trust yourself or your partner again or for the first time, you are in the right place.
My services
Individual Therapy
As the expert on your own life, you bring invaluable insights and knowledge to the therapeutic process. Together, we will deconstruct your concerns, invite reflection, examine the implications of sociocultural influences, and uncover a richer understanding of your preferred life.
Couples Therapy
Together, we’ll work to understand the dynamics or patterns influencing your relationship. Whether it’s miscommunication, mistrust, intimacy, or life changes, we approach your concerns as an additional member of the relationship to create space from blame and allow for better understanding of the problem and exploration of your hopes for your relationship.

Therapy is for everyone.

As a relational therapist, I believe trust is fundamental to any relationship—whether personal or interpersonal.
